This is a new role we are introducing to the business, Multi-Site Store Manager, and an excellent opportunity for you to shape the role and make it your own. You time will be spent across our Haywards Heath and Horsham stores equally.

Now let's take you through your key tasks:
- Overseeing the management of 2 stores,
- You will be a key holder,
- Driving sales and customer service,
- Training and development of staff,
- Supporting seasonal recruitment,
- Inventory management,
- Retail operations,
- Assisting with merchandising and window displays,
- Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
You will also play a crucial role in our sustainability efforts:
- Set specific targets to drive our sustainability strategy,
- 6 monthly reviews on sustainability processes, to update and develop processes as required.
- Reduce electricity usage by turning off unused lights and electronic equipment.
- Consider your mileage carbon footprint,
- Encourage your team to bring reusable water bottles to work.
- Ensure the responsible use of water to minimise wastage.
- Ensure colleagues are implementing our recycling processes in the store.
Our location:
Store locations are Haywards Heath and Horsham. Each site has good public transport links.
Your working days and hours:
This is a permanent, 38-hour-a-week contract., working across the week including Saturdays (Saturday and Sunday during our peak season) based on a team rota.
